I started my HR career in the pharmaceutical industry, moved into health and social care, and spent years leading HR for a conservation charity. Along the way, I've handled hundreds of investigations, supported countless managers through difficult conversations, and helped organisations build cultures where people genuinely want to work.

In 2024, I launched Deller People to bring that experience to SMEs and growing businesses — the ones who need expert support but can't justify a full-time HR hire.

How I work: I'm not here to create bureaucracy or tick boxes. I give you honest, practical advice — and I'll roll up my sleeves and help you implement it. Whether that's sitting in on a difficult meeting, drafting a letter, or coaching you through a conversation, I'm hands-on.

Where I'm based: Hampshire and the Isle of Wight — but I work remotely with clients across the UK.
